Founder/Owner
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Joseph Muller is known for his hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to quality. He founded Joseph Muller Construction in 2013 with a vision to deliver exceptional craftsmanship while building lasting relationships with clients. As a mentor and leader, Joseph fosters a collaborative environment that empowers his team to consistently achieve outstanding results.
A strong advocate for community development, Joseph has contributed to numerous local projects that have made a lasting impact on Eugene and the surrounding areas. He believes every project is an opportunity to create something meaningful, and his leadership continues to set the standard for excellence within the company.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, sharing his passion for cars and trucks, and traveling with his wife of 35 years.
Joey Muller
Forman
Joey Muller, the eldest of the Muller brothers, has been an integral part of Joseph Muller Construction since its founding in 2013. Starting as a laborer, he worked his way up through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of construction. Today, as foreman, Joey combines his technical expertise with natural leadership skills to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.
Joey’s attention to detail and problem-solving abilities make him invaluable on the job site. He takes pride in creating a positive and productive environment for his crew, ensuring that each team member performs at their best.
When he’s not leading projects, Joey enjoys tackling personal DIY builds, exploring the outdoors for his passion of hunting and fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
Jakob Muller
Site Lead
Before joining the family business, Jakob gained valuable experience working for Dutch Bros, where he managed building and machine maintenance across all Eugene locations. This role honed his technical skills and ability to handle complex, hands-on tasks—a strong foundation he now brings to every construction project.
As the youngest of the Muller brothers, Jakob brings fresh energy and a proactive mindset to the team. Known for his hands-on approach, he takes pride in tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions to keep projects on track. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, Jakob ensures that every aspect of a project aligns with the company’s commitment to quality and excellence.
Outside of work, Jakob enjoys cheering on local sports teams, taking his jeep off-road, and taking his dog Eddie everywhere he goes.
Joshua Muller
Operations Manager
Joshua Muller oversees the administrative and operational aspects of Joseph Muller Construction, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently. With a degree in Mathematics from Portland State University, Joshua brings a strong analytical mindset and a wealth of professional experience to the family business.
Before joining the company, he served as Finance Manager for St. Vincent de Paul Youth and Family Services, then as Sr. Finance Analyst for Lane County's Health and Human Services, and later at Harley-Davidson as their Sr. Finance Analyst of Manufacturing.
His diverse background has equipped him with the skills to manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships with precision and focus. His passion for innovation and problem-solving drives the company forward, allowing it to continually improve and adapt.
When he’s not at his desk, Joshua enjoys cooking for his family and friends, taking scenic motorcycle rides, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks.
